When should I hire a bookkeeper?When to hire help is one of the most common questions we get asked! Most businesses focus on hiring tasks out that will help generate more revenue for the business but that isn't always the best place to focus on getting help. Is there a time commitment?Absolutely not! The last thing I want is for you to be stuck paying for something you either can't afford or don't want. That simply would not sit right with me. My client's have the option to cancel their monthly bookkeeping at any time.

What if my books are a mess (or non-existent)?We love messy books! No, really! I'm going to nerd out for a minute. Deep diving into messy books is why I do my job. I know that messy books feel overwhelming and make you anxious! When I see unorganized books, I see a challenge. It's like a puzzle to me, and I want to help you put together the pieces of your business!

How do I add a new question & answer?To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.

How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.

Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
